Responsibilities include preparation of proposals for the private sector and preparation of submittals of all RFPs for public agencies. Responsible for Seminars, and Public Relations related to CAM Associations to CEC (Continued Education Credits to Condominium Property Managers). Developed and organized various events to include ground breaking events for projects, campaigns for commissioners, etc. Prepared internal workshops to maintain staff informed of new building codes and or issues related to construction in South Florida. Organized exhibition booths which entailed preparation, power point presentations and coordination for national events.
Assigned projects accordingly, manage, coordinate and assure project completion on time. Familiar with the preparation of Project Manual and specifications for bidding. Assisted during the permitting process of any contract when required. Arranged meeting with building officials and/or reviewers to discuss alternatives to plans for approval. Maintain current all AIA documents for projects.
Assisted attorneys through the development of legal cases. This included acting as the record custodian, record keeping, mediations, depositions. Assisted project managers during the preparation of reports to include: assessments of properties, turnover reports, 588 walkthroughs, matrix, surveys of conditions using word and excel.
